we are happy to exchange or award store credit for accessories purchased via Internet, for up to 14 days after your shipment has been received. Items must be in their original condition, and shipping and handling charges are always non-refundable. We have the reserves the right to refuse refund/exchange for any reason. The following items are non-returnable: items purchased on sale. All sales become final 14 days after you receive the item.
